Sorry, Blake. There's no correspondence between the mortise and the rollers. You'd need to remove the rollers from the door to photograph and identify them. |
hi, have taken the door off with the intent of removing the wheel assembly. difficult to get off as the furry weather strip makes it difficult to see have taken pics of 2 wheel rocking assembly in the hopes you will be able to determine the type. your site will not let me up load the pics as it says error in script on page. I will try to send to you by email if you can send me an address.

Ah, we're so close! I can almost make out what you have, but like you said that weatherstripping is obscuring too much. Would it be possible to remove the rollers from the door entirely? See the video below, I think that will help. In the meantime, I CAN tell you that these are double wheel rollers. You can see our entire selection of those here. |
Hi Tom. We removed the door again and removed the screw that held the roller in place as in the video but still cannot budge/remove the roller.
Got rid of some of the weather strip and took more pics in the hope you can identify the roller and give some advice on how to remove the defective one.

It's still hard to say. If this is an older aluminum patio door, you may need to tap the bottom door rail off once the corner screws are removed. I recommend using a block of wood and hammer to gently tap it off. In the meantime, see our 81-154. This may be a match. |
