Rollers for horizontal slide windows

Question

The length of the plastic housing is 1.5 inches. The iPhone camera makes it look shorter than it is. I didn't see anything on your website that matches but I'm hoping you can identify and recommend a replacement.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The roller shown here is discontinued and no longer available, according to our records. I'm afraid we don't have an alternative so we recommend seeing if you can replace just the wheel with one of our Sliding Window Replacement Wheels & Axles. I know this isn't ideal but it's the best we can offer, unfortunately. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
