Rollers for sliding glass door

Question

I have a cascade windows sliding glass door installed in 2008. I needs door rollers replaced. I have included 2 pictures of the rollers.  They have a Phillips screw to adjust height. If you could help I would appreciate it. Thanks,  Gregg

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the roller assembly shown in your photos. The problem is the position of the screw tabs, which extend past the housing farther than the replacement products that we carry. You wouldn't think that would be a problem, but it is and your original roller has not been made in quite some time.

The best solution we can offer would be to replace the original wheels using something like our 81-272 or 81-266 roller and axle kits depending on the diameter that you need. Take a look and see what you think.
