Rollers for sliding glass door

2 wheel with metal ball bearings. Attached is pictures with a tape measure. the back with the adjustment screw and the attachment screw is smooth, the top that rests against the bottom of the door has 2 small protrusions. I have attached a photo of the sticker on the frame of the slider. I hope this helps to identify the part.
