Door was installed in'04. Has a sticker on door. Has K0256. UPC # is 03853729190019. WH E5. I'm looking to see if you have replacement rollers for this door. If do, how can I purchase them? Thanks.

The sticker on the door won't tell us anything vital about the rollers. We just need to see the roller, ideally removed from the door. Can you send a photo?
