Rollers get jammed

Question

I tried to replace my rollers with the Swisco 23-031, but the wheels are too tight. SHould I get something with smaller wheels?

The wheel on the 23-031 is 3/4" in diameter, which is the smallest used for closest doors. There two things I like you to do. First, is the offset on your old roller the same as on the 23-031? If not, that could be dragging the wheel on the track. If they are the same, try some silicone spray on the wheel and track. If that doesn't work, send a photo of both new and old wheel housing side-by-side and we will do our best to figure out what the issue is.
