Rollers stripped and can't adjust height

Question

can't identify part but has 2 wheels per roller.  Jeld-wen door, I think??  Image is of the  stripped screw that regulates the balance of the sliding glass door.  The door is heavy.  It has 2 of these roller adjustments on the side (not end) of the doors.  Thank you.

It sounds like you'll need a new roller. I'm afraid I cannot identify what you need from this photo, though. We'll need you to remove the roller and show us a photo of it by itself.

If the adjustment is on the face of the door, there's a chance it's a match for our 81-018, but this is just an educated guess. We can't know for sure without seeing it.
