Good Afternoon, i recently bought a home and i have a sliding glass door that does not lock well and is really hard to move. I am capable of installing all the new parts i am just not sure what i need because i can not find the model anywhere on the door.

To further review, are you able to show us the orientation of the latch that the door handle uses to lock the door?

If the door is not moving easily, it may be due to the roller assemblies. To further review, we would need to see one of the assemblies removed from the frame of the door where we can view the overall style of the housing.

We also recommend checking for any blockage or damage to the track.

Good Morning,

i attached a straight on view of the inside of the latch and the locking portion. i cant access the rollers without disassembling the door. which i am trying to only have to do once. the track is clear. im positive the roller assemblies have give way as the door when sliding does not just move, it twists in the track
