Hello, I purchased 81-051 and the part is the correct size but is has a lip that is preventing it from sitting in the sliding door properly. Can you help me with the right part?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Have a look at the 81-163 roller assembly. This is very similar to the 81-051 except it does not have the lip at the bottom to prevent you from installing it in your door. Review the specifications and see how they compare with your old assembly.
