Rollison 2500 series Unique 24-D-40 Channels

We have Rollison 2500 series single hung windows. The channels on the side say Unique 24-D-40 and Unique balance 24 P. As you can see from the photos one broke. I read you should replace both. Do you sell replacement parts for these? There is another number 24D USB

Hi! I recognize this. Measure your bottom shoe to choose between two options. If you have the 1-1/8" shoe, choose S390-25 (2440). If you have the 1" shoe, choose S351-25 (2440).
