I had a previous order 02/18/2012 # 332692 and ordered 28"" series 371 channel balance.

These are for same type of window.

Markings
2740 measures 28inch

2340 b.s.I measures 24"

I believe the 371 series is correct?

I think it's possible you might need a similar but different top with this balance, our 19-037, in which case you'd need custom built balances which we'd be glad to do for you. I am double-checking with one of my senior colleagues to be safe, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible with more data.

You are correct, Bob is wrong. The 19-037 is a wider top, used with a different type of Rollyson window. You should be fine with the S371-28, with a stamp option of 2740, as well as the S371-24 with a stamp option of 2340.
