The closest match I found is the 18-044. The screw is offset to the inside so I will have to enlarge the hole. Do you have a better match? I've already replaced a lot of 380 channel balances with the 19-005 tops and they work fine.

Oops. Mislabeled the top width on the side view drawing. The thick piece below the cap is 1/2 inch. The top cap is 1inch.
