I see the replacement rear drawer guide, but what do you suggest for the front - or for a rail to keep it lined up nicely?

Hello there. I'm afraid we don't carry a direct replacement for the track that worked with this old Ronthor setup. What I recommend you consider instead is replacing the entire setup with our 32-053 Track Kit. This is a versatile track kit that works with a wide variety of drawers.
