Roto Awning Bracket, Replacement needed

Question

Our awning bracket broke, and we need a replacement. I figured it was the 39-424, but upon receiving the part, it was very clearly not the part. I've attached pictures of the replacement part needed, by itself (it has the broken black plastic piece) and with the 39-424 in the ziploc bag.
