Roto Black plastic part failure

Home Owner from Michigan
Hi folks. I have 12 windows that all have the same part failure. It is the black part that is roughly 2 1/4" long. One of the bracket arms is supposed to clip into it but as you can see in one of the photos the arm just breaks away from the plastic. I have a variety of numbers that are visible on various parts of the assembly. 0P052020 is visible on one of the metal arms. Also
HG04-2000 and HG04-2001 are stamped into a metal bracket that I would call a slide base. I think those numbers designated left or right window opening. The HG04-2000 opens to the left (I have 8 of those windows), the HG04-2001 opens to the right
(I have 4 of those windows). The following patent numbers are also visible; 6,644,884 and 6,442,899.
I appreciate any help you can provide.

This track slide is part of a window hinge. While this exact hinge is no longer made, you might be able to replace it with our 36-048, so long as you replace both hinges in the window. Take a look and see what you think.

I have the same part in the photos , you mentioned that part # 36-048 may be a replacement .
I attached a photo of mine, and circle the broke part.

Yep, that appears to be the same kind of hinge. This black slider isn't sold by itself, unfortunately, and if yours is broken then you need an all new hinge assembly.

The catch is that we don't sell an exact match for your hinge. The 36-048 should work as an alternative, but you have to make sure to replace the top and bottom at the same time. You should also be prepared for the prospect of drilling new holes to install it. That may not be necessary, but you should be prepared for it just in case.
