Thanks for your post! This window operator is a match for the 39-325 X-Drive Split Arm ROTO Operator. I'm confident this is what you need, but be sure to carefully look over the dimensions and compare them.

The link arm appears to be connected to a bracket like the 39-577 ROTO Face Mount Sash Bracket. The compatible handle is the 39-232 Roto Folding Crank Handle.
