Roto Folding Crank Handle, 11/32" Code 39-232

Hi, we have 4 window cranks on casement windows all having the same issue with the handle cracking/breaking. Imho, it's really a poor design as we barely touch the cranks, and if we do, we are super gentle. All of the cranks crack and break the same way each time. So, going forward my options are A) Buy more replacement handles knowing they will break and that's the way it's gonna be forever. If I do option A, this will be the 3rd handle replacement. or B) can i put a different crank mechanism (the piece that the handle attaches to) on each window with a more durable design? This is where i need your help please. I'm not a window guy, but pretty handy/mechanical. What parts will i need? Hopefully not the entire arm assembly...
