The screws pulled out of this mount. for my crank out casement windows from Northeast Window Co. They do not have the part and suggested I contact you. I hope you can assist me in getting this part.

This looks like our 39-248 Roto operator base. Do you agree? If so, you can place your order directly on our site. I'm afraid we do not have a store where you could pick this up.
