Yes! There is, as a matter of fact. I think the best option for you in our inventory is going to be the 36-048. The base track is a little shorter at only 10" but it should still be okay. Just note that this isn't going to be a 1:1 replacement; there is a possibility you'll need to drill new holes for installation, so just keep that in mind. Also make sure that you replace both the top and bottom hinge at the same time. You never want to mix old and new hinges, due to the various (but ultimately inconsequential) differences in size and design.
