Roto Operator - Need Hinge Track Plastic Bracket

Question

Hello,
The plastic piece that the hinge snaps into broke. The metal track and the arm and the track are ok. I just need a way for the hinge to snap back into the track. Pictures are attached.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to say the hinge you have is no longer made any more. The black plastic guides on most hinges are not sold separately from them. You'll need to replace the entire hinge.

With that said, our 36-048 can replace your existing hinges, although they are different in style. You'll need to replace both the top and bottom hinge to ensure the window continues to function properly. These can be used for both the left and right side of the window. Take a look over the dimensions below and compare them to your existing hinges. Keep in mind, you may need to drill new installation holes.
