Looking for replacement electric opener. I believe either the gear/sprocket portion is stripped thus when the chain fully extends or fully retracts the gear/sprocket does not "stop" the motor movement. Would be looking for either a full unit replacement or just the gear/sprocket parts.

Hello,
Thanks for reaching out to us! The only replacement option we have is the 39-379 Skylight Operator. It is a manually operated mechanism. Unfortunately, we do not sell a replacement for the gear at all.
You may have some luck reaching out to the manufacturer to inquire about what your best replacement options might be but I cannot make any gurantees.
