We ordered this and it is offset to the right. Does this come offset to the left too?

Hello,

Our 39-393 is not handed, so you can use it on either side of the window. The fact that the handle is on the right side of the operator doesn't make a difference with installation and we do not carry it with the handle on the left. I hope this helps. Thank you!

There is something in the way on the right side of the window so we need this to be offset to the left. Is there any recommendation you have if we need it to be offset on the left?

I'm afraid we couldn't find an alternate version of the 39-393. As far as I can tell this is the only operator like this made. Are you sure this is what you need? Could we may be see a side-by-side comparison of your old operator and the new one? That may help us get to the bottom of this.
