Roto Window Crank Mount

A home owner from Carleton, MI says:
The Gray plastic, the screw mounts to hold the crank assembly to the frame broke off.
Is there a LH & RH mount?
Both of mine in my Bay window are broken.
Is the metal replacement 39-248 the part I want?

The current plastic one has # G2-056F-02

Thanks
Marty

Thanks for posting, Marty. I agree, the 39-248 Roto Operator Base looks right. Let us know how you make out.

A home owner from Carleton, MI says:
I have it out/off now.
I can take some measurements later.
The crank assembly has SLOTS for the screws so I have a little give.

Hello again! I'm afraid these photos don't give us any new information. I still think our 39-248 is our best option.

A home owner from Carleton, MI says:
Let me answer the age old question will the Swisco Metal 39-248 Operator Base replace the Roto G2-OSCP-02 Plastic Base?
Yes but it is NOT a direct replacement.
Will need a 1/4" shim under the Swisco to equal the level of the Roto.
And NEW screw holes made for the Swisco.
None of this constitutes it will NOT work.

Everything else measured the same with Starrett Digital Calipers by this Tool & Die Maker.

A home owner from Framingham, MA says:
I would live to know about the crank that operates this window, just moved into the house that has the part in the image but the cranks have been removed. Its not the x-drive ones because the connectors don't match or connect to the current window. Any help would be great, I hope the original poster is around :)
