Roto Window Crank System

Question

I believe I'm looking for two parts - 1) the window crank handle keeps falling off and 2) and the black rectangular bit has broken bits that have fallen off and as a result won't stay connected to my window. Could you please advise what parts I need to replace? Is it the whole system or just a new black piece and handle? Thank you

Thanks for posting! It appears the collar piece that helps to secure the handle to the base of the operator has become detached. When this occurs, typically the entire mechanism needs to be replaced.

That being said, I suggest taking a look at the 39-393 Roto Vinyl Awning Window Operator used along with the 39-232 Roto Folding Crank Handle. To determine if this is the right fit for your window, carefully look over the dimensions below.

The black piece at the end of the arms is the attachment from the bracket; you'll need either the 39-340 (Surface Mount) or 39-424 (Face Mount) bracket.
