I am missing the metal arms seen in the picture that attached the crank to the window and base. Two windows are missing this hardware. Do you have replacement parts? Thank you!

Hello,
Your operator is an older version of the 39-091 and 39-092. Please note that these operators will only work if you are able to reuse the link arm that connects the operator to the window sash, which is no longer available. I'm sorry we won't be able to supply the entire assembly but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
