Roto Windows HG05 2008U

Question

We have several windows like the picture where the arm is unattached. Can we just buy the little black connector? Also, do you know of any people in south Orange County that repair windows like this or will we be able to just re-attach that part easily?

It's hard to see the part you need, but I think you might have something like our 39-541 Roto track slider. Take a look at it and see if that is the part you are looking for. They are not too difficult to replace. They just clip onto the end of the operator arm.
