Roto awning window

Crank box 10 3/4 x 2 1/2
The window does not open or close. We need to replace the crank box.

We may be able to help, but I am afraid I cross-reference that code to any particular operator. Can you show us a picture of the entire assembly (including the link arms) with the window open? That would help us narrow this down. Many thanks.
