Roto casement hinge piece

This is a plastic hinge piece that fits under a casement window and links to the extender arms. There are black pins on either side that are broken off--I've put one of them next to the piece in the close up. The piece is made by Roto, and there is a number on the back that looks like OP05 1007.

Take a look at our 39-340, I think this could possibly work for you.
