Roto casement window

Question

I believe the arm i highlighted is bent, window wont close all the way. Please help with a replacement part. It's a Roto casement window, no model number though.

Hi there. It appears that you are showing us a bent hinge. If so, take a look at our 36-048 bar hinge set for possible consideration.
