Roto crank out window part

A quick learner from Rochester NY 14559 says:

This part connects to the end of the armature and the window. When cranked the window opens and closes. The tabs on either side of the top edge see photo #1 broke off. There is a brand ?ROTO? and a number OP05 1007 on the part.
