Holes are 4 in apart to connect assembly to sill
Assembly arm is 3 in
As you can see somehow the inside part that turns the wheel inside came out. Do you have a replacement assembly with white cover??? I need for 2 windows

Unfortunately, this Roto operator has been discontinued and we have not been able to locate a suitable replacement. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
