Roto crank and hinges

Question

I need some hinges and casement cranks, I thought I ordered the right ones
(Swisco 36-024) but they don't fit. Can anyone tell me from the photos what I need to order? Thank you

Unfortunately, your Roto operator is no longer available and Roto has not offered a substitute. As for your hinge, can you tell us the dimensions of your original that kept the 36-024 form working for you? Thank you!
