Roto handle?

It looks like a few roto handles on the internet, but I can't find one with the pattern on the front. Any ideas?

Hello,
Could you show us the operator that this handle works with, including the arms that move the sash in and out? If we can identify the operator, it will be easier to determine what handle you could use. Thank you!
