Only way to shut window is from outside. 45108 is on the inside along with patent number 4,840,075

Hello,
We'd be happy to help but we would need to see more of the operator arms that move the window sash to compare to our replacement operators here. Please note that since the worm gear that the handle attaches to is broken, the entire assembly will need to be replaced. Thank you.
