Roto hardware for vinyl awning approx 30x42 window

A handy person from Bath, ME says:
Please advise. Broken plastic connector on sash side of hardware. Appears to be non replaceable so I'd like complete hardware assembly.
Is this possible?

Hello,

Your photo reminds me of the 39-393 Roto awning operator. If the specifications match up to yours, I suspect that you may be looking for either the 39-340 or 39-424 mounting bracket that connects the operator arms to the sash. Take a look and see what you think.

A handy person from Bath, ME says:
The plastic bracket originally is pressed onto the operating arms per the images. That plastic bracket clips onto the window. The operating arms have NO slide locks to hold them onto the hardware your suggesting

In that case, could you show us how the bracket connects the operator to the window sash? That may give us a better idea of what you need.
