Roto i4000 casement window cranks

Home Owner from Wheeling, WV

Hello. My name is Brice. I have ten windows made by Roto with broken cranks that need replaced. I purchased my home a few months ago, and I can tell the eight other windows in my home have already been replaced. I have a conglomerate of parts, but I am missing the correct hinge set.

The original is too long which doesn't allow the window to shut properly. I have attached photos of the old cranks I removed, and the new ones I got with the house. I have five cranks and need five more. I have attached photos of the functioning cranks and hinges to show what I need. I just do not know how/where to find it.

Once I determine the hinge I need, I will be ordering mismatched parts for the five sets I need to complete and five complete sets to finish my project. The only markings I can find say Roto i4000. I do not have proof of purchase or an owner's manual unfortunately. I looked in the casements to see if I could find info there. I could not. Hopefully you can help me select the parts I need to get my windows functioning again. Thank you.

Hello there, Brice.

I'm afraid I have bad news. The operator in your third photo here is not made anymore, unfortunately. We do not have an operator assembly that can replace it at this time. The only thing we can offer is the assembly in your first photo which would be the 39-091 and 39-092. However, ROTO discontinued the link arms so you would have to reuse the old ones. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
