Roto mechanism for casement window

A home owner from New Jersey says:
One window's mechanism is missing the polished metal fitting that connects the roto arms to the pane. Two of the photos show the style with the missing fittings, while the other three photos show the style with the fittings and the arms connected to the window pane.

What model mechanism is this, and what is the missing polished metal fitting?

Hello, thank you for posting!

Your awning operator resembles the 39-393 Roto operator that is compatible with the 39-340 awning bracket. Please review the style and dimensions and let us know what you think!

A quick learner from NJ says:
Thank you it looks like a match indeed. For the operator, do you have just the attachments at the end of the arms? The attachment that wraps around the end of each arm and connects to the studs on the bracket. The operator is working fine, I just need those attachments.

The piece you're talking about is called a detach clip, but in this case the 39-393 detach clips are not sold separately. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
