Need replacement American craftsman casement top hinge manufacture said they can no longer get recommended swisco

Thanks for posting. I'm not sure if this exact hinge is available any longer, but you might be able to use our 36-048 as a replacement. You would just need to replace both the top and bottom hinges of the sash so that they aren't lopsided. Take a look at the video below for details.
