Roto single arm operator

Question

I purchased a roto single arm operator (part 39-429) to replace the old arm that is worn out. It appears I got the wrong part as it's slightly smaller than the existing one (the one with the tape measure on it in the photo) and also doesn't have the little ball on the end of the arm. Could you please help me identify the right replacement part?
