Information on Roto skylight

Question

I have a heavy skylight w a Roto opening kit. The original chain was plastic over a wire cable. Which broke and I replaced it. The back housing is made of plastic and has broken in half . Is the housing/parts on this unit made of metal or plastic? Do you know the weight rating ? Can it be used w motor kit ?

Thanks for posting, Adam. Our 39-379 is for Truth windows, while you say yours is Roto. I think it may be too different to work. Could I see a few pictures of your existing skylight operator? That would help us find something better.
