The pictures shown are from the non broken window.
The little black piece that slides on the track in the window top picture snapped and I now have the window locked shut.
What is the black piece called and is it possible to replace just that piece?

Hello, thank you for posting,
It appears that you are in need of a new hinge. We do not carry an exact match, but please review the dimensions of the 36-048 2-bar hinge set that has a 10" sill track. Please note that both the top and bottom hinges would need to be replaced at the same time. Let me know what you think and if you have any additional questions!
