Thanks for reaching out! I believe we can supply you with a replacement operator for your existing hardware but I'll need to see a photo of the link arm to confirm. I am looking to see the end of it so that I can determine exactly how your operator connects to the bottom of the window.

Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

Thanks for the photos! Your operators looks like it could be an older version of the ROTO X-Drive Split Arm Operator. Take a loo over part 39-325 and its opposite handed version 39-326. Like yours it has a pin on the bottom of the arm that connects to a bracket that has a clasp on it.

Our operators use the 39-534 Front Mount Sash Bracket which is quite a bit different than yours in design. So it is likely that your bracket will still work. Otherwise you may need to drill new holes to install the 39-534 bracket, in the event that your cannot reuse your old one.

The compatible crank handle for these operators is the 39-232 Roto Folding Crank Handle.

Take a look over the dimensions for the operator to determine if this might be a fit for you.
