Rotted pins

Question

The pins that slide in to blue pivot points on the sleds i think there called have rotted out . I need to replace them and understand how to .

Hello,

We actually have a video showing the process of removing a rusted or broken pivot bar, which I'll attach below.

Since this pivot bar is clearly not in great condition, please also remove one from the other side of the sash or another window that is in better condition for us to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
