Round window balancers and guides?

Thanks for reaching out! The balances you have are tilt window spiral balances. To determine the correct replacements, you'll need to confirm the length of the tube (excluding the color tip) as well as the diameter of the tube. 

I see here you are showing a measurement closer to 20", does this measurement include the tip of the balance?

The parts inside the window track is the pivot shoe. I'm certain we have the replacement for it but you'll need to remove it and confirm its width and thickness. Take a look at the video tutorials, below this thread for instructions on how to remove and install them.
