Rounded Mortise Lock

I need to replace the 45º lever slot but the top and bottom needs to be rounded as i bought a replacement at Home Depot and unfortunately, although the overall dimensions are correct, it doesn't fit as it's square on the top and botton. The 2 outside screws are 3 11/16 and the inside height measures 3 3/16.

Hello there. Looks like you might need the 82-218 Mortise Lock. Please compare.
