I am looking for 2 parts one is a latch and the other is the cranking part for the window to crank out

I'm not sure what to recommend for the lock in your picture. There could be a few possibilities, but it depends on your specific dimensions. See the list of hardware I made on the right side of this page for a list of possible replacement options.

As for the operator, we will need to see a clear picture of it out of the window. We will also need its dimensions.
