Hello,
Our Row brand double hung window was not able to stay open (would slam shut if you try to open it). My husband took the bottom sash out and noticed there was a protruding piece missing on the broken part(pictures above) that he removed. The piece missing was like a tiny post. This part is on the inside of the window frame at the bottom. Our house was built in 1995 and there are no numbers or anything located on the piece. The window folds down for cleaning, however there are no tabs on top the sash, so we have to push against the jam to release the window. Not ideal, but far from great. We will probably replace them in a few years.

Hello,
We're not familiar with this Row window part. May we see the window and also where this piece is attached. Thank you!

Sorry I should've removed this post on Saturday as someone from your company responded then. It was a 20-016 tilt pin which is already ordered. Thank you for your reply.
