Rt. Open Truth window operator w/ crank

Question

I will try to send pics. The Truth Hardware Sash Dyad crank looks like what I need. The only infor. on my window arm was,"Truth" and 30866. What is the difference between (your) product number, 39-187 and 39-089? They look identical. Need a right hand open crank and arm. The holes are 5 inch, and the arm is 5 inch too.

The difference between the two operators that you are considering is the shape of the link arm. The 39-187 is shaped like a "W", while the 39-089 is "Z" shaped. I would recommend the 39-089 based on your photos. Take a look and thanks for posting!
