I need to ID these parts on an old vinyl window Rt and lft flanking casements top and bottom hinges, sash track and operators.

Check out our 39-141 Operator to start. Look over the dimensions and see if this matches what you need. For the Hinge, see if the 36-0121HD or 36-022HD could work for you.
