Rubber part underneath the window

Question

I have these old sliding side-to-side aluminum windows. Instead of rollers, they seem to have these plastic pieces underneath. One of the windows is missing this which makes it hard to open. Any idea where I can find it?

Contacting the original supplier or manufacturer of the window would be your best bet if you can track them down.
